Ruslan Bukharin is a luxury owner's representative and construction advisor with over 20 years of experience delivering high-end residential projects, first in Manhattan and now across Florida and select markets nationwide. He serves as the authoritative advocate for discerning homeowners, family offices, and developers, protecting their investment, eliminating risk, and ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.
Ruslan works exclusively on the owner's side of the table. Acting as a Construction Manager as Advisor (CMa), he coordinates architects, designers, contractors, and specialists with clarity, discipline, and unwavering focus on his clients' vision, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Beyond luxury project management, Ruslan brings a second, distinct expertise: a wellness-first approach to residential construction that addresses air quality, water, materials, EMF, light, and layout with the same rigor he applies to finishes and fixtures.

From the Field to Advisory
Foundations
Ruslan began his career as a painter at 18, spending five years in the field and earning the trust of general contractors across New York. That ground level experience gave him an understanding of construction that few advisors can match.
Project Management
His field expertise opened the door to a prestigious high-end residential firm in Manhattan, where he advanced rapidly to Project Manager. Over more than a decade, he led renovations with budgets from $500,000 to $20,000,000 in landmark buildings including 465 Park Avenue, 515 Park Avenue, and multiple Central Park West addresses.
BUKHARIN
Ruslan established BUKHARIN as a boutique owner's representation and construction advisory firm for luxury home renovations and custom estates across the United States. He acts as Construction Manager as Advisor (CMa), working alongside top architects, designers, and builders to maintain precision, discretion, and efficiency at every stage.
Milieu Green Healthy Homes
In parallel with his advisory practice, Ruslan is developing Milieu Green Healthy Homes as an exclusive real estate development venture, designing and delivering a curated collection of high-performance, wellness-focused residences for a select group of clients. Each Milieu home is purpose-built around the principles of healthy living: non-toxic materials, superior air and water quality, energy efficiency, and environments that quietly support long-term well-being.
